Dr. Carolyn Faulkner-Beitzel, Owner

Dr. Faulkner-Beitzel is a transformative educational leader and teacher of nineteen years focused on virtual, remote, and blended learning, digital curriculum development, data and accountability, school leader and teacher coaching and mentoring, and teaching best practices to improve student success in K-16 organizations.

She has been the project lead for school improvement and comprehensive plans diving deep into holistic school data to find the places in which the school can enhance systems and programs. Dr. Faulkner-Beitzel has experience in school expansion from vision to construction to first day welcoming new students and staff.

She has been an educator in middle grades social studies and science, an instructional and technology coach, a curriculum director for an international education technology company, and a school leader. She is passionate about technology and education and how digital tools can connect teachers and students.

Dr. Faulkner-Beitzel strongly believes that education provides the freedom to understand the world and the ways in which it is not equal or equitable for all. She further believes that when students can go to college or enter the workforce with advanced skills, they can have choices that can far exceed their dreams. Every child encountered can and will change the world!
